A Mastery Experience Workshop™ for the Process Improvement Professional

Leading Lean Six Sigma projects™ brings together Project Management and the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) methodology used in Lean Six Sigma.

During this 3-day workshop, participants will experience a Lean Six Sigma project from itʼs initiation until mid-way through itʼs Measure phase while entrenched in the people and project challenges they are sure to encounter in their real projects. No prior knowledge of project management is required, and all learnings are transferable to the participantʼs professional life beyond LSS.
